This short Uganda gorilla safari holiday package starts in Kigali and ends in Kigali. The gorilla vacation package is a great way to briefly explore Kigali and trek gorillas in Bwindi Uganda. You arrive in Kigali and check into Kigali Serena for your overnight recovery of jetlag. The next morning your safari vacation driver guide will brief you on your gorilla safari, advise travel distances and times.
Your safari holiday starts with a brief tour of Kigali city before proceeding through either Cyanika or Gatuna border post and finally onward to Bwindi where you will be tracking gorillas the next day.In addition to trekking gorillas, the safari package allows participants to have a dug-out canoe ride on the beautiful lake Mutanda, participate in a Nkuringo Walking safari or explore the Batwa trail.

• After breakfast. Kigali City tour and then travel from Kigali to Chameleon Hill Lodge with your expert safari guide
• Cross the border into Uganda
• Self-guided River Walk time permitting or simply relax at the Lodge.
